Meet your coach

Roxana.jpg

Hi, I’m Roxana Bujor. I’m an ADHD coach trained with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), USA.

I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life, and like many adults who receive a late diagnosis, it happened because my son was diagnosed first.

My own ADHD diagnosis has been a huge turning point and has given me incredible insight into my own life. Through this journey, the more I understood how my ADHD has shown up in my life, the more awareness I gained.

But it was through my studies at ADDCA that I started to really make sense of my unique brain wiring, my needs and my strengths — and I was able to make real, long-term changes.

Training & certification

I trained at ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an accredited institution and one of the best-known ADHD coaching training programs internationally. I am currently building hours for certification from ADDCA.

ADDCA’s program is also accredited by:

International Coaching Federation (ICF);

Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE);

Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC)

This means my work follows ethical coaching standards and evidence-informed best practices.

Who I work with

  • Adults with ADHD

  • Late-diagnosed adults, especially women

  • Creatives, entrepreneurs, parents, and people in job and life transitions

What is My coaching like

I coach from the context of my own deeply personal experience with ADHD, which gives me the passion to support others in understanding how their own unique brain works.

My top strengths are kindness, empathy, and creativity, and I use them to create a space that feels safe and trustworthy.

Through coaching, I support clients to:

  • Learn to recognize and manage their self-regulation, attention, emotions and impulsivity

  • Build executive function skills that support all areas of life, including planning, prioritizing, organization, and time management

I am based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and coach both local and international clients, online.
