Do I need an official diagnosis?
No. You don’t need a diagnosis. If you suspect ADHD, we can still work together.

What training does the coach have?
I trained through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), a program accredited by ICF, CCE, and PAAC.
This means my work follows ethical coaching standards and evidence-informed best practices.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is practical and action-oriented (skills, systems, follow-through).
Therapy focuses more on the past and on healing.
Coaching is about moving forward.
In what languages is coaching available?
Sessions are in English or Romanian.
How long before I'll see results?
Most people start to feel a shift within the first few sessions — often more clarity.
More noticeable, lasting change usually takes up to 8–12 weeks or more.
Where is the Coach based?
I am based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and I coach both local and international clients, online.
